All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a written confirmation from Virmaa Holidays.
Each package includes only the services expressly listed in the itinerary or quotation (such as accommodation, transfers, sightseeing and specified meals). Anything not mentioned — including personal expenses, tips, entry fees not listed, and travel insurance — is excluded.
Prices shown are indicative, per person, and subject to change based on travel dates, hotel availability, airfare fluctuations, taxes and currency rates. The final price will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports (with minimum six months' validity for international travel), visas and any required health documentation. Virmaa Holidays assists with visa processing but does not guarantee visa approval; visa fees are non-refundable.
Virmaa Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss or damage caused by third-party providers, weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Travellers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.
Travellers must comply with local laws and the rules of hotels and carriers. Any costs arising from non-compliance are the traveller's responsibility.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
